Large caliber hose crimping machineis specially designed and invented by our research and development department on the basis of customers' demand to meet the unique applications. After our long period production sales, we realize that though we have manufactured many types of hose crimping machines, no one is for large caliber hoses. Therefore, with the help of our engineers, the large caliber hose crimping machines re produced. There are two types of large caliber hose crimping machines: large caliber hose crimping machine (type F) and large caliber hose crimping machine (type K).
This kind of hose crimping machine is one of our new products. It is equipped with self-filling oil cup on the machine head, which makes the oil filling automatic. What's more, we set oil groove on the die base, which makes the lubrication and cleaning easier. It has large mouth but low gravity, making it easy to operate. The swaging force becomes double because of the mechanical convert design. Besides, the machine oil system can be cooled circularly, so it supports long time and large quantity working.
